About The Program

Flight’s competitive program is split into two divisions: Selects and Competitive. The key difference between divisions is the overall level of play and intensity of competition.”

• The Competitive division is designed for committed players who want strong coaching, focused skill development, and challenging games against quality opponents, while still enjoying time with their friends in an environment that’s competitive but not overly intense. Competitive teams travel to closer tournaments and enter lower-tier competitions. 
• The Selects division is a step above: it is reserved for top-tier athletes who have demonstrated advanced skills, high basketball IQ, and a strong commitment to training and competition. Selects teams will face tougher opponents, play in higher-level events, and operate with elevated expectations around effort, discipline, dedication and performance, making it the best fit for players seeking the highest level of competitive basketball within the club. Selects teams travel further and to more tournaments throughout the season.
